Anthony’s work is not appropriate for everyone. People with a personal or family history of schizophrenia or psychosis should not participate. Those currently taking SSRIs, MAOIs, or certain heart medications may not be eligible, depending on dosage and timing. Anyone in acute mental health crisis is encouraged to seek clinical support first. The health screening exists to protect participants — not to exclude people, but to keep everyone safe.

After registering, participants receive a detailed preparation guide covering dietary guidelines (typically 3 to 7 days of clean eating), what to avoid, how to approach the days leading up to ceremony, and journaling prompts to clarify intentions. Yes. Integration coaching is available as a standalone offering, separate from ceremony participation. Sessions are one-on-one, conducted by video or in person. They’re designed for anyone navigating a significant life transition, processing a past medicine experience, or seeking support in translating insight into lasting change.

Group ceremonies are intentionally small — typically 4 to 12 participants. This is a deliberate choice. A smaller container means more individual attention, a deeper sense of trust and intimacy, and a safer overall experience. Anthony does not run large events. Every person in the space matters.
