Who This is For…
This retreat was created as a sacred container for women who desire slow down, soften, and return to themselves while being deeply held in safety, reverence, and presence. In a world that often asks women to stay strong, independent, and constantly giving, this space offers something different:the opportunity to be seen, supported, and witnessed without needing to perform or hold it all together.
Over four days, women will gather in intentional sisterhood to release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom, and remember who they are beneath roles, expectations, and past stories. This retreat honors the balance of feminine and masculine energy, creating a grounded, supportive field where women can surrender, express, and feel fully met.

Facilitators
Anthony B. Sadler
Sacred Medicine Facilitator & Integration Guide
Anthony Sadler’s life’s work is devoted to guiding individuals through spiritual growth, healing, and awakening using sacred medicine, breathwork, one-on-one mentorship, and ceremonial guide.
For over 20 years, Anthony has walked a path rooted in ancient wisdom, lived experience, and real-world integration. His own journey of healing through plant and amphibian medicines, along with time spent with monks and spiritual elders, taught him that true transformation comes through surrender, presence, and remembering who we truly are.
Today, Anthony facilitates sacred ceremonies with deep intention and reverence, holding grounded, trauma-aware containers where people can safely release old stories, access clarity, and reconnect with their authentic self. His work is not about fixing or forcing change, it is about creating space for truth to arise naturally.
Dr. Stephanie Burgos
Shamanic & Somatic Healer
Dr. Stephanie Burgos is an Emergency Medicine physician, medicine woman, breathwork facilitator, and somatic practitioner devoted to creating deep safety and harmony within the body.
Her years working in emergency medicine shaped a nervous system capable of holding intensity and uncertainty with steadiness and care. Combined with her training in shamanic and somatic practices, her work bridges science and spirit — supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate, release, and heal.
Dr. Burgos is known for holding spaces of profound safety and coherence, where the nervous system can settle and the body’s innate wisdom is trusted. She approaches her work not as “the healer,” but as a field keeper — allowing healing to unfold through presence, attunement, and reverence for the body.
Those who work with Dr. Burgos enter a space where the body can exhale, long-held patterns are gently released, and healing arises through safety and self-trust.
Breonna
Scientist, Life Skills & Integration Guide
Breonna is a scientist and life skills expert who bridges the medicine space with grounded, practical integration. Her work focuses on supporting the body and nervous system through healthy eating, movement, and daily practices that help anchor transformation into real life.
With a strong foundation in science and embodiment, Breonna brings clarity, structure, and steadiness to the retreat container. She supports participants in understanding how nutrition, gentle exercise, and daily rhythms can complement and stabilize the days following sacred medicine ceremonies.
Breonna is highly attuned to the environment and the subtle shifts within group spaces, helping create a grounded, clear, and supportive field.
Breonna brings balance and stability to the retreat, supporting women in grounding their ceremonial experiences into the body and daily life. Through practical guidance and steady support, transformation becomes sustainable, embodied, and integrated beyond the retreat space
